Here is a story an old colleague sent me. I'm sure many have seen it already, but it does make for interesting analogy. I have heard many people remark how dogs, as victims of sex abuse, can behave similar to abused humans----sometimes in dangerous ways, other times not so.

I hope the new shelter at least discloses these dogs past to their new owners.

I am reminded of a rhyme by A.D. Clay

Old Mother Hubbard went to the cupboard to get her poor dog a bone.

When she bent over Rover took over and gave her a (oh well you get the drift)

It was Andrew "Dice" Clay after all.
